P. MARIGOLD

Born and bred in London 1974, Peter Marigold followed a path from sculpture at Central Saint Martins into theatrical design where he gained a broad range of making skills.

In 2005 he joined the M.A. Design Products (Platform Ten) course under Ron Arad and developed an interest for finding solutions for people living in temporary environments and situations.

His fine art training, combined with a series of jobs in scenographic design and production, theatres and exhibitions - has led him to take a pluralistic and resourceful approach to furniture design. Most recently he was awarded an Esmee Fairbairn bursary for his exhibition at the Design Museum in London. His work (both sculpture and design) has been exhibited widely and
