MOVISI GmbH i.L.

Germany

Represented by Natascha Stojanovic, Liquidator
E-mail: [email protected]

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR and § 38 BDSG.

2. Your rights at a glance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You do not need to give a reason and it costs you nothing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany
www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by:

ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany

The servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL.COM in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time a page is called up, the server automatically records data that your browser transmits. These server log files contain:

  • the IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • the page or file requested
  • the referring page, if any
  • browser type and version, and operating system
  • the amount of data transferred

This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify you personally. It is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and without faults (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after seven days at the latest, unless they are needed as evidence of an attack.

4. Content delivery network and security (Cloudflare)

This website uses Cloudflare, a service of:

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA

Cloudflare sits in front of our server, filters malicious traffic and delivers static content from a server geographically close to you. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and connection data. Cloudflare also sets a technically necessary cookie (__cf_bm and, where applicable, cf_clearance) to distinguish human visitors from automated requests.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against attacks and delivering it quickly (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. Data may therefore be transferred outside the European Union. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and we have additionally concluded the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with Cloudflare. Details: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

5. Cookies and consent

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device.

Technically necessary cookies are set without your consent because the site cannot function without them. These are the Cloudflare security cookies described above, the cookie that stores your language selection, and the cookie that records your consent decision itself. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

All other cookies and services — in particular Google Analytics — are only loaded after you have actively agreed via the consent banner. Legal basis: § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Live chat: the cookies of the Crisp chat service are only set when you click the chat button and thereby explicitly request the chat (Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG). Details in section 8.

The banner is operated by the Complianz plugin, which runs on our own server. It stores your decision locally on your device; no data is transferred to the plugin’s developer.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time using the link “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

6. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you consent do we use Google Analytics 4, a service of:

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are read, which products attract interest and where visitors leave the site. We use this to improve the site — not to identify individual people.

The following are processed: a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie, your shortened IP address, the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, and technical details such as browser and device type. IP anonymisation is active, meaning your IP address is truncated within the EU before any transfer.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG).

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with Google. We would point out that United States authorities may, under certain conditions, gain access to data held by US providers, and that your rights against such access may be harder to enforce than within the EU.

Storage period: user and event data is deleted after 14 months at the latest.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google’s own privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy

7. Contact form and e-mail

If you use our contact form, we process the details you enter — as a minimum your name, your e-mail address and your message — in order to answer your enquiry.

The form is operated by the Fluent Forms plugin. Your entries are stored in our own database on the German server and are not passed to any third-party form provider.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The same applies if you write to us directly by e-mail.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to deal with the matter and for any follow-up questions. Where commercial or tax retention periods apply, we keep the correspondence for as long as the law requires — up to six or ten years — and restrict processing in the meantime. You may ask for erasure at any time.

Spam protection: we use Antispam Bee, which runs entirely on our own server and does not transmit any data to external services.

8. Live chat (Crisp)

You can use a live chat on this website via the chat button at the bottom right. The chat service is provided by:

Crisp IM SAS, 2 boulevard de Launay, 44100 Nantes, France

The chat is only loaded when you click the chat button. Until then there is no connection to Crisp and no data is sent to Crisp. Once you have started the chat, it stays available on other pages of this website for the rest of your visit.

When the chat is loaded and used, we process: the content of your messages and any files you send, your e-mail address if you choose to provide it (optional, so that we can also reply by e-mail), your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (city, country), your browser, operating system, browser language, the time, and the pages you visited on this website. Text you type but do not send is not visible to us.

Crisp sets cookies and similar storage entries prefixed crisp-client so that your conversation is kept when you move between pages and when you return later. According to Crisp, these are not tracking cookies. They are deleted after six months without a further visit. In addition, your browser notes for the duration of the session that you have started the chat.

Legal basis: the chat is loaded and the cookies are set because you explicitly request the chat by clicking (Section 25 (2) No. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG). Chat content is processed under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in quick and direct communication with prospective and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Crisp under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is stored on servers in the European Union (the Netherlands and Germany; encrypted backups in Ireland). Some of Crisp’s service providers are based in the USA; according to Crisp, any transfer to third countries only takes place in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Crisp’s AI features are not enabled.

We keep chat histories for as long as they are needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up questions, and delete them afterwards. Where commercial or tax retention periods apply, section 7 applies accordingly. According to Crisp, technical logs (IP address, browser, connection time) are kept for a maximum of one year. You may ask for erasure at any time.

If you prefer not to use the chat, you can also reach us via the contact form, by e-mail or by phone. Crisp’s privacy information: crisp.chat/en/privacy/

9. Fonts

The fonts used on this site are stored on our own server and loaded from there. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no data is transferred to such a service.

10. Video

Videos shown on our product pages are stored on our own server and played directly in your browser. No YouTube, Vimeo or comparable service is embedded, and no data is transferred to such a provider.

11. Language versions

This website is available in English, German, French and Spanish. Your language selection is stored in a technically necessary cookie so that the site can show you the right version on your next visit. No personal data is processed for this purpose.

12. Our online shop

Our shop at shop.movisi.com is operated as a separate system with its own privacy policy. If you follow a link from this website to the shop, the shop’s privacy policy applies from that point onwards.

13. Social media and external links

This website contains links to external sites. Clicking such a link takes you outside our site. We have no influence on how the operators of those sites handle your data, and their privacy policies apply. We do not embed social media plugins, share buttons or tracking pixels from social networks.

14. Data security

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” at the start of the address line and the padlock symbol in your browser. While the connection is encrypted, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

15. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

16. Changes to this privacy policy

We will amend this privacy policy when changes to the site or to the law make it necessary. The version published here at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
